1. Flanders is a handcrafted collectible mystery product. All purchases are final unless damaged in transit.
2. Delivery time is typically 7–10 business days.
3. Customer details (email, address, phone) are used only for shipping and updates.
4. Any attempt to reverse engineer or publicly disclose the box's contents may void the collector’s authenticity.
5. Returns are only accepted for damaged boxes within 48 hours of delivery. Unboxing must be recorded on video.
